Ane's Echolocation

Echolocation is the way some animals locate prey and  navigate. There are like 800 different kind of bats. They send out high pitches to the object and then it reflects back to the  bats pointy ears.  

Bats sound is made by their noises. They make a sound also bounce’s of the object and they have Sensitive Ears. Also they have really good eyesight in the dark. Bats can hear from far and they can see what it is shaped like and what it is. The Bats makes different sound from using their mouths. Bats are are often blind in the  daytime.

Assembly Term 2 2014

 Walking into the hall as I saw balloons  and Teacher's dressed up into there funky clothes. This Term our Topic is Sounds and Music. This year is going to be I like to move it move it. There were going to be Items that the Teacher does like every term we come back from our Holidays.

The First Item was Team 1 and they are doing what would a zoo keeper be like?.  As they showed us a pictures and little bit of like Five seconds video of a giraffe moving and as it is getting taller. Also the Team 1's get to go to the zoo Tomorrow so they are lucky.

Team 2 - Flat (How to fly a plane)
Team 3 - Light ( How do lights show on ground walls and mirrors)
Team 4-  Buoyancy (Sinking and floating)
Team 5- Sound ( What you can make out of increments

FiaFia Night

 Getting ready for FiaFia is a big thing to do but our FiaFia Group didn't have to get chance because we could wear anything.  I thought it was dumb to wear anything because it didn't look like we were a group. But it was okay what we were wearing, at less we didn't wear our uniform .

While we had to go to our changing room instead of getting ready for FiaFia we watched movies instead. We had to wait until 3 groups go on and then it was our turn to dance. While we were dancing no one was cheering even after we were dancing. I thought that was pretty mean.

As soon as we finished dancing it started to get cold so I put my jumper. Before us was the Bollywood what I liked about it was the song and how they were not shy to dance as their culture. My Nana was doing the candy floss with some of the people from our church so we could raise some money for our camp.


The best dances I liked were the Kapa Haka group and I liked the Samoan group because it was funny. Thats' what the best dancing group that I liked and loved. I liked the one from last year FiaFIa because they were all better than this year.

What are Google Glasses , Well Google glasses are like something you put on your Ear and you can Google some stuff on it. It is also a Technology glasses so that means is not only glasses.  While you are walking you can put them on and you can see stuff.

If I had Google glasses it would be awesome to have one  and see what it is really like. But  actually  I think I wouldn't play with it that much. You can talk to the Google Glasses and that's how you search it.

About Google glasses, they can take photos on the even Skype to a friend. Like everything you do on the laptop you can do on Google glasses. But you can type on it only speak to it.

Google glasses even have full WI-FI  they are nice and fancy. So it cost $1500 that it heaps of money. So I wouldn't waste my money on that because its to small.
