Starry Night Over The Rhone Art Reflection

I have been attempted to copy Vincent Van Gogh Starry Night Over The Rhone. He painted it in September 1888. He painted it with oil paint and the title is Starry Night Over The Rhone. I tried to copy his technique and style.

I think that the sky is the same as Vincent Van Gogh painting. I have been trying to get the same colour as Vincent Van Gogh colours and I did. It was quite a long time to copy the same colour as Vincent Van Gogh painting.

The part of my painting that I think is really different is the boat. I was supposed to do he boat brown but I did it black and I made it thick but Vincent Van Gogh made it smooth. The other thing that is different is the people because they are not the same,colour as Vincent Van Gogh colour.

I am happy with the colour because I am getting the right colours when I mix it.I am happy of my painting because I am getting it the same as Vincent Van Gogh.I am not happy
with the people because they are small and not the same painting as Vincent Van Gogh.

I could improve my work doing heaps of detail.What I could improve is do more practice on a piece of paper so I can get it all right. Another thing I can improve is the same colour as the people.

What I think about my painting that looks the same is the sky.But not the people because I did them small but I was supposed do them big like Vincent Van Gogh painting. My painting does not look like Vincent Van Gogh painting but only some.

Frogs

Frogs have good eyes.The frogs look up down and ahead unlike us.Frogs have really big eyes so they can see where they are going.

The frogs legs are so bouncing.The frogs legs are green and some frogs legs are spotty.The frogs have so slimey and flexible legs.

The frogs eat flies for morning tea and dinner.The frogs really like eating bees and butterflies.Frogs insets on land.

The frogs need to be in a wet place.They need to breath out of water.

Frogs have different eyes.Their eyes are big and bulging so they can see well.

If you see a frog don’t leave it in the sun.Put it in the water so it can not dry up and die.

Taniwha Trouble

I have been reading Taniwha Trouble by Alan Bagnall. A Taniwha is a Maori creature found in water.

Auckland Rain

It a raining day at Auckland it kind of rains a lot .I don’t like it when it rains in Auckland because we don’t get to play outside because we well get sick and wet and don’t came to school.I want it to stop raining so we can play a game with our class.

Spectacular New Zealand

The Rugby world cup is bringing lots of tourists to New Zealand, but there is more here than just a cup!

The first people in New Zealand were the Maori people. It’s interesting to learn about the many different people in our multi-cultural country. The animals in NZ are mainly wild birds with some bush creatures. My favourite animals is a tiger, it’s black and orange although this animal doesn’t live in New Zealand.

Cross Country

At cross country Mr Burt said get your marks get set go.I ran past the big cows.I saw heaps of trees and bushes.There was slippery mud. I run up hill and down hill.

At the end i was tired.I went past the fence.I saw people cheering at the finish line. I was happy because it was finished.

Snowy Day At Auckland

When the people drove on the snowy road it was slippery. They had to drive their cars carefully and seriously. The cars were heavily coated with snow.
