Learning about Compassion

What is Compassion? This year Pt England School is learning to be “Better Together” - “kia pai te kothai”. In room 19 we have been investigating  love, Compassion, Honesty and Tolerance. s Ms Tito (our teacher) gave us a task to select one of the words to write a definition and presents an example of what it means to our class. The reason we are learning about these things are to help us understand ourselves and others so we can be a better person today and in the future.

My group chose the word Compassion. Here is our definition and example of what it
